Pontianak is one of famous city in Indonesia

The one of famous city in Indonesia is Pontianak, first because Pontianak is located in the biggest island in Indonesia, and also Pontianak famous as equator city because pass trough horizontal earth degree zero, exactly in siantan and  built monument of khatulistiwa there .

                Pontianak is located in west borneo and the name of Pontianak was taken from the name of ghost that’s kuntilanak, during the ghost often disturb population around so that the population over there named the country Pontianak.

                And also Pontianak has a river which is the longest river in Indonesia, the population there called the river “sungai Kapuas ” it is split Pontianak city so that it was made symbol of Pontianak city.
